One of the best examples of the complementary effect is the support of the energy metabolism in the mitochondria. The B vitamins contained in Multi (vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, panthothenate, choline, B12, inositol, biotin, folic acid, alpha lipoic acid) are particularly beneficial.
